out, to be used for right of way of a public rflad connecting new State Highway No. 27 with
Ili ch ols Cemetery, for the sum of $10.00, to be paid by the County Clerk out of the Kerr
County Lateral Road rlind by proper warrant upon eaecution and delivery of proper deed
thereto to Kerr County.
