amounting to $E,444.00 and Commissioner a' .Far Diem amounting to $1047.00, were paid out of
the General land of Berr Coanty, and ell of the Commieeionera' road eupervieion tees amount-
ing to $5,E04.37 were paid out of the Road & Bridge land of Serr County, and thnt by
ad~uetment of said disbar aemente to be paid according to law, via. 3/4the of said County
Judge's salary out of the General fund and 1/4 thereof out of Lhe Hoad 8e Bridge fund, sad 1/4
