~. E. Palmer has always rendered satisfactory service as County Health Officer, end that he
is a competent physician legally qualified to practioe under the lass of the State of Teass,
and that he is n reputable physician actively engaged in the practioe of hie profession in
Kerr County.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said E. E. Palmer, M. D., be and ie
hereby re-appointed ea County Health Offioer in and for Kerr County, Tease, Por a period of
two years or until his suc oessor is appointed and duly qusl ifie d, unless sooner removed
from of Pice for cause, and said Dr. E. E. Palmer upon qualifying as required by law shall
receive such compansat ion for services actually rendered as this Court may allow from time
to time.

$36.00 in two warrants on the County Treasurer, one for $5.14 out of Road & Brl dge Fund
and the other for $30.86 out of the General Fund.
