This 14th day of February, 1933, came on to be heard the application of Sheriff
-- Frank Moore for the Cou rtes authority to have steel shutters put on wi ndova in one Cell
in ,jail Dy Contractor E. L. Turner for price of $17.50 and also to have a cut-off installed
in the water system of the County jail, and it appearing to the Court that it is to the Deat
interest of Kerr County that said improvements be made, said application be and is hereby
granted by the Court and Sheriff Moore is hereby authorized to have same made at expense
of Kerr County to be paid for out oP the Speoiel Fund.
