E. E. Palmer has always rendered satisfactory service as County Health OPPioer, and that he
is a competent physician legally qualified to practioe under the laws of the State of Tezas,
and that he is a reputable physician as ti vely engaged in the praetioe of his profession in
Kerr County.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said E. E. Palmer, M. D., be and is
hereby re-appointed as County Health Of£ioar in and for Kerr Cona ty, Teaas, Por a period of
two years or until his sueaessor ie appointed and duly qu aliPied, unless sooner removed
from office for cause, and said Dr. E. E. Palmer upon qual iPying ae required Dy law shall
receive such compensation for services actually rendered as this Court may allow from time

Henry McCreary and twelve others, praying that the County construct a slab or lower-water
bridge over Town Creek on the old Kerrville & IIar per $oad about one-mile north of the oity
limit~~~~of Rerrville, near the corner of the Schreiner pasture and the A. Fi, Mo%illip pleas,
and it appearing to the Court that petitioners are entitled to the relief prayed Por, said•
petition be and is hereby granted by the Coui=t, and the Commissioner of precinct No. 1
is hereby authorized .and directed to construct said slab or low-water bridge at the ezpen8e
of his precinct, construction work thereon to start within 30 days.

report of :7. G. Garrett, Jr., County Treasurer, covering receipts and disbursements Of Kerr
County £or quarter ending January 31st, 1933, and it appearing to the Court that same is
correct and in proper form, same be and is hereby approved by the Court and same together
with the Court's certificates of approval shall be recorded Dy the County Clerk in the Loose
Leaf record for that purpose in his office, All cancelled bonds and interest coupons dis-
charged during said quarter were destroyed by fire in open Court.
