On this, 14th day of February, 1933, it is ordered by the Court that the County
Clerk shall be allowed to pay out for deputy,. hire out of the fees of his office, the sum of
$3,000.00 per annum during the years 1933 and 1934, and it is further ordered and adJudgad
~- by the Court that the annual salary of the County Clerk of Kerr County be and is hereby
fized at an aggregate sum of $1800.00 for each of said two years ea follows:
$1450.00 per annum as County Clerk, $250.00 per annum for keeping the finance
ledger and $100.00 per annum for indezing.
