It is Purthar ordered by the Court that from time to time the said salaries of said
Commissioners shall be adjusted so that the lr Courts per diem be paid 1/4th put of Ge x:eral
~ r"und and b/4thsont of Road & Bridge fund, and that their road aupervi si on fees be paid 3/4th
out of Road Fi Bridge Fund cad 1/4th out of Geaoral Fund.

salary of Irvin Parke, Court House Jan ltor and Mechanic be and is hereby fixed at the sum
of fy 780,00 par annum for the years, 1933 and 1934, to be pnld by the County Clerk by proper
warrants drawn against the Special Fund, in El semi-~hoathly instal lments of $3E.50 eaoh,
each year.

This 15th day Of Fabntary, 1933, came on to be opened by the Court the separate
and only Dids, filed by Chae. Sohreiner Bank, (IIni ncorporated) of Kerrville, Tezas, offering
its services ae depository oP all County, School and Trust Funde of Kerr County Por ensuing
two year a, and offering to pay 1~ int crest on all dally bal anc ea, and it appearing to the
Court that the bids oP Charley Sahrei ner Bank are the best bide obtainable, it is therefore
ordered by the Court that same be and are hereby accepted and said Bank is awarded the
County Depository for ell County, Sohool_and Trust Yunds of the Cwnty for the nezt two year
at one and om~half per cent interest on daily belanoas, and said Bank is directed to make
good and auffici ant bonds as depository of eaoh of said funds 1n the proper Porm pr esoribed
by law and submit same to this Court for approval, which bonds are hereby fized in the
following amounts:
