as a member of the Cofimis si oners' Court to be paid out of'~the General Fund and each commie-
sionar shall further reaeiva $5.00 Zor each day servefl in inspecting and supArvising roads,
same to be paid out of the Road & Bridge Rind of his rasp eats vs preoinat, provided however,
that the total oompansation of each commiasi bnar shall not ezaeel-++~ the following amounts
agreed upon, to-wit:
Commissioner of Preci rmt No. 1, sam of $900,00 per year,
Commissioner oP Precinot No. 2, sum of $500,00 per year,
Commis sionar of Precinot No. 3, sum of #500.00 per year,
Co~nis sl oner of Precinot No. 4, sum of $700.00 per year.
It is further ordered by the Count that from time to time the said salaries of said
Commissioners shall be adjusted so that their Court's per di am be paid l/4th. out of Ge reral
Fund and ~{/4theout of Road & Bridge Pund, and that their road supervi ai on Pees be paid 3/4th
out of Road & Bridge Pund and 1/4th out of General Fund.

No. 785, ORDER FIXING SALARY OF COURT HOUSE JANITOR.
This 15th day of February, 1933, it is ordered and adjudged by the Court that the
salary of Irvin Parka, Court House Janitor and Mechaala be and 1s hereby filed at the sum
of $780.00 per annum for the years, 1933 and 1934, to be paid by the County Clerk by proper
warrants drawn against the Special Fund, in 21 aamt-moath3y in'atallmentp of $32.50 eaoh,
each year.

No. 766, ANARD OF DEPOSITORY OF COUNTY, COUNTY SCHOOL and COUNTY TRUST FUNDS.
This 15th S8y of Fabruar y, 1933, came on to be opened by the Court the separate
and only Aids, filed by Chas. Schreiner Bank, (Uninoorporated) of Kerrville, Tezas, offering
its services as depository of all County, Sohool and Trust Funds of Kerr County for ensuing
two years, and offering to pay 1#$ int crest on all dally balanc ea, and it appearing to the
Court that the bi da of Charles $ehrei nor Bank are the Dest bids obtainable, it is therefore
ordered by the Court that same De and are hereby accepted and said Bank is awarded the
County Depository for all County, School_and Treat Punch of the County for the nezt two year
at one and om~half per Dent int crest on daily belanoae, and said Bank ie directed to make
good and aufPici ant bonds as depository oP eaoh of said funds in the proper form pr esaribed
by law and submit same to this Court for approval, which bonds are hereby fized in the
following amounts:

award of the State Board of County and Di striot Aoad Indebtedness, making 21.35 or $53,387
of the $250,000.00 Kerr County Road Bond issue ale Bible to per ti ci pate in the State's
"County and Road Dis triot FIighwgy Fund".
