the County Treasurer in some responsible insurance company against theft at a coat of about
X154.00 per year, and it appearing to the Court that said bonds are now being kept in the
vault of Ches. Schreiner Bank for safe-keeping whioh ie the safest plsoe known to the Court
in Kerr County, and the Court is of the opinion that the slight chance Por theft of said
bonds or any part thereof and subsequent loss that could or would be suffered thereby, does
not justify the expense of carrying insurance on said bonds.

This 15th day of February, 1933, Coirmiis sionera H. G. Edens and F. A. Karger were
appointed by the Court a committee of two, and are hereby authorized and directed to
procure deeds to the right of way for State Highway No. 81 from Kerrville to the Bandera
County line, delivery of which right of way deeds to the State of Texas to be oondi boned
on the letting of contract for said highway by the Highway Department. Kerr County to pay
Łor said right of way when deeds era actually accepted and delivered.
