This 15th day of February, 1933, came on to be considered the proposition of having
the y39~000,00 worth of bids held Dy thePermanent School lard of Kerr County insured by
the County Treasurer in some responsible insurance company against the Łt at a coat of abort
$154.00 per year, and it appearing to the Court that said bonds are now being kept in the
vault of Chas. Schreiner Bank for safe-keeping whioh is the safest plsae known to the Court
in Kerr County, and the Court is of the opinion that the slight ahanae for theft oP said
bonds or any part thereof and subsequent loss that could or would be suffered thereby, does
not justify the asperse oŁ carrying insurance on said bonds.

No. 771, MATTER OF PROCURING R/A DEEDS ON HIGH7PAY /}81 SOUTH COTSDITIONALLY.
This 15th day of February, 1933, Conmtissloners H. G. Edens and F. A. Rarger were
appointed by the Court a committee of two, and are hereby authorized and directed to
procure deeds to the right of way for State Highway No. 81 from Kerrvi lie to the Bandera
County line, delivery of which right of way deeds to the State of Texas to be condi boned
on the letting of contract Łor said highway by the Highway Department. Rerr County to pay
for said rift of way when deeds are eotually accepted and delivered.

and found correot, and the seas are hereby in all respsata approved by the Court, this the
