of the State Board of County and Distriat Road Indebtedness, making 97.83% or $14,675.78 of
the w15,000.00 Road District No. 2 Hond issue elegible to participate in the State`s "County
and Road Distriat FIighway FunB.^

No. 770, SCATTER OF INSURING $39,000.00 BOPIDS I1vLD BY PERh1ANEPST SCHOOL FUND.
This 15th day of February, 1933, came on to De considered the proposition of having
the $39000.00 worth of bonds held Dy the Permanent School Fund of Kerr County insured by
the County Treasurer in some responsible insurance company against theft at a cost of about
x^154.00 per year, and it appearing to the Court that said bonds are now being kept in the
vsult of Chas. Schreiner Bank for safe-keeping whioh is the safest plane known to the Court
in Aerr County, and the Court is oŁ the opinion that the slight chanoe Por theft of said
bands or any part thereof and subsequent loss that could or would be suffered thereby, does
not justify the eapense of carrying insurance on said bonds.

No. 771, MATTER OF PROCURISSG R/-J DEEDS ON HIGHWAY X81 SOUTH CON~ZTI OIQALLY.
This 15th day oP February, 1933, Commis si on era II. G. Elena and F. A. Karger were
appointed by the Court a committee of two, and are hereby authorized and directed to
procure deeds to the right of wqy for State Highway No. 81 from Eerrville to the Bandera
County line, delivery of which right of way deeds to the State of Teaas to be ˘ondi tinsel
on the letting oP contract for said highway by the Highway Department. Kerr County to pay
for said right of way when deeds are eotually acoepted and delivered,

The fore going minutes on pages 66 to 74 hereof inclusive, were read in open Court,
and found correct, and the same are hereby in ell respaata approved by the Court, this the
