This 21st day Of February, 1938, cue on to be ezemi ned the personal bond of
Charles Sohre finer Hank, (Unincorporated) for the •um of One Hundred Thousand Dollars as
County Depository of Rerr County, si gaedby the Bank and five sureties, and it appearing to
the Court that said bond is good and suffiei ant, the same be and is hereby soaep tad and
approved in open Court.
And the County Clerk is direatad to send same to the State Comptroller for approval
and after he hsa approved same, the County Clerk shall record said Bond in the official
Bond Record sad in the Deed of Trust Reword of Barr County, an6 certified check acaompanping
the bid oP said Bank Por the County Depository shall then be returned to said Sank, std this
