This 21st day of February, 1933, creme on to be ezamined the personal bond of
Charles Sahre iner Bank, (Unincorporated) for the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars as
County Depository of Rerr County, signed by the Bank end five sureties, and it appearl ng to
the Court that said bond is good and sufficient, the smme be and is hereby acoep fed and
approved in open Court.
And the County Clerk is directed to send same to the State Comptroller for approval
and after he has approved same, the County Clerk shall record said Bond in the official
Bond Reeord and in the Deod of Trust Aeoord of %err County, end certified check accompanying
the bid of said Bank for the County Depository shall then be returned to said Hank, affi this
Court will after, the approval of the State Comptroller of said bond, eauae its final order
to be entered in its minutes designating said Charles Schreiner Bank as the authorized
County Depository of %err County.
