Thin 21st day of February, 1933, came on to be ezamined the personal bond of
Charlee Sohre Sner Bank, (Unlncorporat ed) for the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars sa
County Depoai tory of Rerr County, sign ed~by the Bank and five au reti ea, and it apps arl ng to
the Court that said bond is good and sufficient, the same be and ie hereby acoep tad and
- approved in open Court.
And the County Clerk is directed to send same to the State Comptroller for approval
azid after he has approved acme, the County Clerk shall record said Bond in the Official
Bond Record sad in the Dead of Treat Accord of Kerr County, and oartified check accompanying
