authorized and directed to pay said monthly salary unto said Henry Eokateln in two semi-monthl
payments of $37.50 each, on or after the fir at and fifteenth days of each and every month,
beginning April 15th, 1933, by proper County Treasurer's warrants drawn against the Road and
Bridge Fund of Commissioners' Precinct No. One.

E. H. Turner, Juatioa of the Peace of Precinct Ho, 1 of Kerr County, Tezae, for the month
of Marsh, 1933, of criminal oases filed, fines, Judgment and Jury fees collected, totaling
$66.75, entitling him to $48.00 in Yees, and it appearing to the Court that said report ie
true and oorreet, same is hereby approved, end the County Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to pay said $48,00 in two warrants on the County Treasurer, one for X33,62 against
the Road and Bridge fund and the other for $14.36 against the Gametal Fund.
