first taken the oath required by law, oame on to be examined by the Court sitting ae a board
of equalization, the inventories of aaaessmente made to and taken by the County Taa Assessor,
E. H. Nichols, for the ourrent year, all of whioh i~entoriea wore oarafully inapeoted, oor-
reoted and equalized and approved, with azoeption of about ninety aaaesementa whioh should be
raised.
It is therefore ordered by the Cou rt that it will oonvene and sit as s Board of
Equalization on Tuesday and wednead.~y, ~7 30th and 31st, 1933, at the Court House in Kerr-
v111e, Teaas, for the purpose of equalizing as near as possible auoh unsatiefsotory aasese-
mente, and the County Clerk is hereby directed to give proper notioe by publioation of the
time when this Court will meet sa saoh Equalization Board, and said Clerk shall also further
notify eaoh of said property owners in person by mail to appear before said Board of Equaliza-
tion, one-half of whioh property owners to appear before sai6 Board on May 30th and the other
half on i.~y 31st.
