approeed by the Court for payment by the County Clerk in amounts and out of respective funds

These 15th, 16th and 17th days of hisy, 1933, aPGar each member of the Court having
first taken the oath required by law, Dame on to be examined by the Court sitting ae s board
of equalization, the inventories of assessments made to and taken by the County Tea Assessor,

reoted and equalized and approved, with ezoeption oY about ninety assessments which should be
raised,
It is therefore ordered by the Court that it w111 convene and sit ae s Board oY
Equalization on Tuesday and Wedneada~y, LQaq 30th and 31st, 1933, at the Court House in Kerr-
ville, Tessa, Yor the purpose oY equalizing as near as possible such uneatiefaotory aaeeas-
mente, and the County Clerk ie hereby directed to give proper notice by publication of the
time when this Court will meet as such Equalization Board, and said Clark shall also further
notlYy each of said property owners in person by mail to appear before said Board of Equalize
Lion, one-half oY which property owners to appear before said Board on May 30th and the other
half on ,sy 31st.
