oertain property deaoribed in said petition be eaempted from all 3tata and County taxes, and
after a hearing of said petition and of evidem a in support thereof, the Commieaionere' Court
of Kerr County Pinds it to be a fact that Oliver R. Holbrook, on or about the lot day of
April, A. D. 1927, purchased a house with two sores of land near the E'rederiekaburg Road
in Kerr County, Teaea, more particularly described as:
Two (2) acres of land out of original Survey No. 653, in name of W, H. Crawford,
situated about 1$ miles 1lortheast Prom Kerrville, in Kerr County, Tezas, in what is known as '~
the Peterson Acreage Addition, '
and that the said Oliver R. Holbrook is a veteran of the 'Norld ~1ar, having served in the I
United States Army, American Eapeditiouary n'orcea, for about 13 months, and that said property
