Therefore, upon motion daly made and aeoonded and unanimously adopted, it is

hereby ordered, ad'udge8 and deoreed by the Court that the proposition of Hexmsa & Company
aforesaid be and ie hereby sooepted by the Court for and on behalf of the Permanent Sohool
Fend of Kerr County, and upon delivery by said Newman & Company unto the County Treasurer
of Kerr County through the Chas. 9ohreiner Bank, of said Karr County 5~ Road Boada numbered
226 to 230 inolueive, said County Treasurer be and ie hereby authorised and direeted to
turn-over and deliver unto said Herman & Company said four Kerr County 6~ Road & Bridge
Refunding Warrants numbered 23, 24, 25 and 31, and upon reeeipt of said Road Bonds by said
Treasurer, the Chas. 9ahreiner Hank as Depository of Sohool Funds of Kerr County be affil is
