currant two year term, signed by esid E, B, Carruth, Tr, as surety if and when said enrety,
E. B, Carruth, Jr, has legally substituted for such released security, part of Lote 119,
120, 121 and 122, of Block No, 1 of Brom Addition to Kerrville, Texas, under esid bond,
and it appearing to the Court said Kerrville property owned by esid S. B, Carruth, Jr„
is satisfactory security upon said bond 3n lieu of above mentioned San Antonio property,
St ie therefore ordered and adjudged by the Court that said Kerrville property be and is
hereby accepted sa security of said E, B, Carruth, dr. upon the 1933-1934 County Depository
Bond in lies of above-dnsssibed Sea Antonio property, upon the condition, that said E, B,
Carruth, Jr, bear all expense for the legal phparf neoeeeaiq to Barry said substitution of
property on said bond Into effect,

E. H. Nichols, County Tsa Assessor ie entitled to receive said advance having only drawn
e total of ~p900,00 oa his County Taz Aaseesor~e commissions for 1933 including herein men-
tioned $300.00 advance,
It is therefore ordered and adjudged by the Eourt that the County Clerk issue and
deliver unto said E. H, Niohola, taro warrants on the County Treasurer, one Por the sum oY
X125,00 against the Kerr County Road Bond Sinking Fund and the other for the sum of y175,00
