current two year term, signed by said E, B, Carrnth, Jr, as surety if and when said surety,
E. B, Carruth, Jr, has legally substituted for such released seourity, part of Lots 119,
120, 121 and 122, of Blook No, 1 oP Brom Addition to Kerrville, Texas, under said bond,
and it appearing to the Court said Kerrville property owned by said S. B, Carruth, Jr„
is satisfactory security upon said bond in lieu of above mentioned San Antonio property,
