claim dead assented Dy the County dodge of Karr County to J, W, Forgasoa under this Courts
order passed at the its Larch, 1933 term, entered in vol, I, page 77 of its minutes, ooverinf
the right of way oY the old Kerrville ~ Hooksprings road sorosa the property of said J, W,
Forgason, and it appearing to the Court that said J, W. Forgeaoa has permanently closed
said old road in violation oY hie agreement with the Court viz „ that said old road would
be loft open for neighborhood travel vie aonvenlent gates, which agreement on the part of
said J, W, Forgaeon to permit such neighborhood travel over and along said old road ooneti-
tuted part of the oonaideration for and upon which said quit-claim deed was authorized
to be executed and delivered.
The matter is therefore planed in the hands oY County Judge, John S, Atkins and
Commissioner 'v1, H. Farr who shall take same up with Mr. Forgason towards the end that such
controversy mqp be settled to the aatiafaotion oY all parties aonoerned and said old road
opened Yor neighborhood travel ae agreed upon.
