accepted by the Court, and Commissioner Wm, Karger is hereby authorized and directed to make
such trade and connect said old highway with the new highway as aforesaid,
And the County Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the sum
of X5,50 from the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund to the Canter Point Road Fund. to cover
