oY Kerr County, Tessa, the petition of Walter H. Crider and 41 others, each and all resident
qualified voters of Hunt 8ura1 High School Dietriat Ho. 5, Rama being a Coon School Die-
trict in Barr County, praying Yor an election to ba ordered for the purpose of detarmining
whether said Common School District shall De incorporated as an Independent School Dietriat,
to be known sa Hunt Independent High School Dietriat, and Yor the election oP seven Trustees
Por said Dietriat; and having examined said Petition, and having found and determined the
sufficiency of same, and that the facts presented in Support of auoh petition are true and
