On this, the 9th day of April, 1934, it appearing to the Court that the County~e
power lawn mover is worn out and St is necessary thgt the County acquire Haw machinery Por
the mowing of its courthouse lawn, therefore, Judge John 5, Atkins ie hereby authorized
and instructed to purchase Yor the County two new head lawn mowers, and if possible he
shall trade in on such Haw mowers the old power mower and old hand mower~aow owned by
the County. And Judge Atkins ie further authorised sad lnatruoted to employ two men to
keep the Courthouse lawn properly mowed and in attractive oondi ti on othe rwlse, such men
to work by the day ae needed. _
