On this, the 9th day of April, 1934, it appearing to the Court that the County~a
power lawn mover is worn out and it is naoessary thgt the County esquire new maohinery for
the mowing oY its courthouse Saran, therefore, Judge John 5. Atkins ie hereby authorized
and inatruoted to purchase fop the County two new hand lawn mowers, and it possible he
shall trade in on such new mowers the old power mower and old hand mamernow owned by
the County. And Judge Atkins is further authorized and. inatruoted to employ two men to
keep the Courthouse lawn properly mowed and in attraot ive oondi tion othe rwlee, such men
to work by the day sa needed.
