On this, the 9th day of April, 1934, it appearing to the Court that the County's
power lawn mover is worn out sad it 1s neoeaeary thgt bhe County soquire new machinery for
the mowing oY its oourthouae lawn, therefore, Judge John 3. Atkins ie hereby authorized
and inatruoted to purchase YoY the County two new head lawn movrers, and if possible he
shall trade in on such new mowers the old power mower and old hand mower now owned by
~~ the Couaty. And Judge Atkins Se further authorized and lnstruoted to employ two men to
keep the Courthouse lawn properly mowed and in attract ive oondi Lion otherwise, such men
to work by the day ea needed.
