Beason for oanoellation: Lot 6, Block 16, Tivy is out into two parts, Lea two houses but has
been assessed sa owned by four people and tour houses were on tho one lot. This error was
first made in 1926 and the saseaeore Just copied the same asseeament each year and making the
same error every year. The tazee have been paid for each year by the parties who o~ad the
two houses g half lots each.
It ie therefore ordered, adJudged and deeread, that the delinquency of the above _
described land to the State of Tazas and. County of Ssrr was erroneous and should be oanoalled
and tho Comptroller of Public Accounts notified of the sotion of said Commisaionore' Court,
held at %errville, Tezae, this the 14 de`v of May, 1934, and said sotion being authorised
by drtiole 5197 Revised Statutes, Aote 1895.
