to oonstruat proper low-water bridges sopording to epeoltioatlonR agreed upon and under tl}e

South Fork and aE the Lang-LUnquist-Williamson omeaing below Hunt, both is CommiasiOnara~
precinct No. 4, and said Bruno Schott shall receive for the building of said two bridges
including hie personal services rendered and rental for the use of all of hie equipment and
machinery, the sum of X500,00, and he ie hereby authorise8 to purchase on behalf of Kerr
County all of the materials needed and employ all labor necessary to properly bpildiead
finish each bridges.

and confirmed by the Court.
