It is therefore oxdere8 by the Court that Bruno Schott be and is hereby emplagsd,.,.
to construct proper low-water bridgse according to epeoifioatioas agreed upon and under the
supervision of Commisaloners F. 1, Eger sad W. H. Farr, at the Y, M, C, A.. crossing on
South Fork and at the Lang-LUnquist-Williamson uroeaing below Hunt, both 1n CommisaionorsT
precinct fto. 4, and said Bruno Schott shall receive for the building of said two bridges
including hie peraoaal services r®ndered and rental for the use of all of hie equipment and
machinery, the sum of #b00,00, and ha ie hereby authorized to purohass on behalf of Herr
County ell of the materials needed and employ all labor necessary to properly bpildiand
finish such bridges.

heard and oonsiderod the Pat it ion of the Rational Surety Corporation, filed herein on the 8th
day of May, •, D. 1934, to be released on the Bond of 1, F, Moore, Sheriff oY Karr County,
Tazas, end it appearing to the Court that said 1, F, ][Dore had waived the issuance of notice
or citation and e~ered hie appearance in wrlting and in person in this Cause, and presented
to this CourE a new Bond with good and lawful sureties thereon, and requested the Court to

grant said application of the National Surety Corpozation to ba released from his bond nld
accept and approve the official bond presented, end the Court hating considered said appliea-
