~~,. Court sitting as a board of equalization, and aster each member of the Court having first
taken the oath required by law, all oY the inventories of assessments made to and taken by
County Tsa Assessor, E, H, Niohola for the current year, 1934, and after due eaamination
and consideration of all oP said inventories it is the opinion of the Court that each and
all of said assessments should be approved as rendered. l

It ie therefore ordered by the Court that all of said assessments be accepted and ',
approved as inventoried, and the County Tea Assessor is authorised and directed to proceed '
with the preparation of his tea rolls for 1934 accordingly,
