owners between Ingram and Mou~ain Homey Seeds, for the right of way taken by new State

assessed in each ease with the County dodge as rsgµired Dy low.
And it further appearing to the Court that amounts of euoh reapeotive swards
must be set wide and plsoed in elorew to the oredit of the respsotive property owners
aeon flissotion of the County Judge.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the County Clerk shall issue
and place in escrow to the oredit of said respective property owners, proper County Trea
warrants payable out of the Kerr County Lateral Funds covering the amounts of damages ao
allowed to snob property owner.
