ment by the County Clerk in amounts and out of respective suada sa ataown by the Miautss of
Accounts Allowed for Serr County, Tezae, which are made a part of this order.

month o2 June, 1934, ae temporary pauper allowance, same to be paid onto each of them by the
County Clerk by two warrants drawn on the Cou~y Treasurer, as follows;

Tur~r, Jostles of the Peace of Precinct Ho. 1 of Kerr County, Tezae, for the month of May,
1934, of criminal oases tiled, Yinee, 3udgment and fury twee oolleotsd, totaling $40,23,
entitling him to $33,00 in Peea, and it appeariryg to the Court that said report Sm true and
correct, same is hereby approved, and the Cou:rty 6IarY is hereby authorized and directed
to pay said $33,00 tee to Juatioe Turner with two warrants on the County Treasurer, one for
$19,88 out of the Road 6 Bridge Fund and the othsr for $13,1E out of the General Fund.
