have already settled with the County according to their reepaetive aooounta as set out in
said audit report.
The reYo re, upon motion made by Commissioner F, A. I43rger, saoonded by Commissioner
H, G, Eiene and unanimously adopted, said report be and is hereby aoeeptad and approved by
the Court in its entirety and the oYtiefale who have not made settlement with thn County
according to said report, are hereby requested and direoted to do so at their tinet aonvenL

of the Tea Colleetor'e Ottioe of Kerr County, Tazae, Yrom duly let, 1922 to September 30th,
1930, made by George E. Kleyboeoker, Auditor of San Antonio, Tezaa, under hie oontraat
heretofore entered into with the Court, and after oloae inepeotion and esemination of said
report, it appearing to the Court that same i• aorreat in all reapeote and should be approved.
Now, therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner w.. H, Fury, eeoonded by Commissioner
H. G. Edens and unanimously adopted, it ie ordered, adjudged and deoreed that said eight-year
Audit report be and is hereby aemepted and approved by the Court se written, and the Tae
Collector ie hereby requested and inatruoted to make settlement with the County aooordingly.

and is hereby allowed the sum of 1200,00 being the remainder of the Dash tee due him by
Kerr County on hie 8 year audit of the Taa Collector's oYYioe, and the County Clerk ie hereby
authorized and di reefed to pay said X200,00 to said Geo, E. Sleyboeaker by proper warrant
against the General Fund.
