and it appearing to the Court that said report is oorreot and that,eaid audit was thoroughly
and properly made, and it further appearing to the Court that the majority of the offioiala
have already settled with the County soeording to their reap votive aooounta ae set out in
said audit report.
Therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner F, A, Karger, aaoonded by Commissioner
H, G, Eiane and unanimouelq adopted, said report be and is hereby aaeepted ate. approved by
the Court in its entirety and the oYtieisl8 who have Rot made settlement with the County
according to said report, are hereby requested and directed to do so at their first oonv

H. G. Elena and unanimouely adopted, it is ordered, ad~udgad and decreed that said elght-year
Audit report be and is hereby aeoepted and approved by the Court sa written, and the Taz
Collector ie hereby requested and instructed to make settlement with the County accordingly.

authorised and dlraoted to pay said X200,00 to said Geo, E, Kleyboeoker by proper warrant
against the General Fund.
