the Audit oY Kerr Country 'from October let, 1930 to Tune 30th, 1933 made by Auditor, George E.
Kleyboeeker of San Antonio, Tezae, under hie contrast heretofore entered into with the Court,
and it appearing to the Court that said report is correct and that,eaid audit was thoroughly
and properly made, and it Further appearing to the Court that the majority of the offioiale
have already settled with the County soeording to their reap votive saoounta sa set out in
said audit report.
Therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner F, A. Karger, aeoonded by Commissioner
H. G. Pliene and unanimously adopted, said report be and ie hereby aoeepted ate. approved by
the Court in its entirety and the offioiale who have sot made settlement with thn County
according to said report, are hereby roqueeted and diraoted to do so at their first aonveni

This 12th day of June, 1934, same on to be considered by the Court, the Audit report
of the Tea Colleotor'e Office of Kerr County, Tezae, from July let, 1922 to September 30th,
1930, made by George E. Kleyboecker, Auditor of San Antonio, Tezas, under hie oontraat
heretofore entered into with the Court, and after oloae inapeation and ezamination of said
report, it appearing to the Court that same is oorreat in all reepeota end should be approved.
Now, therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner w. H. Farr, aeoondad Dy Commissioner
H. G. Edens and unanimous]y adopted, it is ordered, ad3udgad anfl decreed that said eight-year
Audit report be and is hereby accepted and approved by the Court as written, and the Taz
Collector ie hereby roqueeted and instructed to make settlement with the County accordingly.

and is hereby allowed the sum of X200.00 being the remainder of the Dash fee due him by
Ksrr County on hie 8 year audit of the Ta= Collootor'e office, and the County Clerk is hereby
authorized and di rested to pay said X200,00 to said Geo, E, Hleyboeoker by proper Warrant
against the General Fund.
