It is, therefore, ordered that Esrr County, acting herein by an6 through its
Court, agrees end obligates itself to secure additional ri $it-of-way in order to widea the
pre eeatr Highway Ho. 81 to a minimum width of 100 feet from Oounty line to County line and to
