orl~employing Mies Huth Sane Moore, County Health gates and continuing the County Health Work
for another year from September let, 1934 at a salary to the County of #825.00 plus approved
office eapenee not to exceed #100.00 for the year, which salary and expense account shall
be paid share and share alike by KerrCOUnty and the Kerrville Independent School District,
And it appearing to tho Court that the eer-ioes heretofore rendered by Mine Moore ar
County Health Nurse have been o2 great benefit and comfort to the tax-payers and citizens
of Kerr County and that it is not advirabls to discontinue her work at this time.
It ie therefore ordered, ad,udged and decreed by the Court that said public health
service be continued in Kerr County Yor another year, beginning September let, 1934, and that
the salary of said County Health Nurse be paid by the County Clerk out of the General Fund
of IGrr County in twelve aquel monthly inrtallmente by the issuance and delivery oY proper
warrantsoa the County Treasurer at the end of each month, and the ezpsnrs account as incurred
month]y by said Nurse shall be yreaented to tho Court for approval and payment,, sad the
Kerrville Independent 9ohool District shall re-imburae Kerr County for one-half of all of
said Nurae'e aa]ary and expense so paid by the County.
Ind the County Clerk mall furnish a certified Dopy of this order to Dr. H. N. Barnett,
Director, Bureau of ChilQ Hygiene, State Department of Health, Austin, Tezar.
