This 14th day of August, 6, D. 1934, name on to bs considered by the Court the matter
orteemploying Mies Huth Jane Moore, County Health game and continuing the County Health Work
for another year from September let, 1934 at a salary to the County o1 X825,00 plus approved
offioe e2penee not to ezoesd ;100.00 for the year, which salary and ezpenee account shall
be paSd share and share alike by YerrCounty and the Kerrville Independent Sohool Diatriot,
And it appearing to the Court that the services heretofore rendered by Miea Moore ae
County Health Bnree have been of great benefit and comfort to the taz-payers and citizens
of Kerr County and that it Sa not advisable to dieoontlnue hor work at this time.
It ie therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that said public health
aervioe be oontlnued in Kerr County for another year, beginning September 1st, 1934, and that
the salary of said County Health gorse be paid by the County Clerk out of the General Fund
of IGrr County in twelve equal monthly installments Dy the Sasuanoe and delivery of proper
warrants on the County Treasurer at the end of each month, and the ezpsnes account as incurred
monthly Dy said gorse shall be yreaented to the Court for approval and payment,, and the
Kerrville Independent Sohool Diatriot shall re-imburee Kerr County for one-half of all oY
said gorse's salary and oxpense as paid by the County.
And the County Clerk shall furnish a certified Dopy of this order to Dr. H, g, Barnett,
Director, Bureau of Child Hygiene, State Department of Health, Austin, Tezas,
