River in CommiseionersT precinct Ho, 3, and St appearing to the Court that the propo eition
oP Bruno Schott, proposing to 2urniah the concrete miter, water pump, Yorm lumber, tents,
cooking utensils and all other tools and equipment necessary to ooaetruot and complete
such bridge, and therewith under his personal miperviaion with materials and labor furnishs6
by Ksrr County to erect such bridge 130 test in length, 17 feet wide and 4 teat high sooord-
