This 10th day of December, 1934, it appearing to the Court that it is no longer neoea-
sary that the old highway No. 27 along the Guadalupe River, beginning with its inter ae of ion
with new highway Y1o. 27 near the Louie Schreiner Airport and ending with its intersection
of said new Highway near Ingram, with exception oP where same is crossed by the Worthington
Road, be kept open Yor travel, it is therefore ordered, adJudged and decreed that said
portion of said old highway be and is hereby closed and discontinued, and the title and
use thereof shall revert to and vest in the respective property owners entitled thereto by
law, conditioned however, that saidVtorthington road shall be left open and unobatruoted ',
