John S, Atkins is hereby authorized and directed to exeoute srd deliver unto said Gus,
Pankratz for and on behalf of Kerr County, a Quit-olaim deed covering said strip of land,

sary that the old highwsy No. 27 along the Guadalupe River, beginning with its intersection
with new Highway No. 27 nesr the Louie Schreiner Airport and ending with its intersection

Road, be kept open for travel, it is therefore ordered, adjudged and deoreed that said
portion of said old highway be and is hereby closed and disoontinued, and the title and
use thereof shall revert to and neat in the respective property own era entitled thereto by
law, conditioned however, that said Worthington road shall be left open and unobatruoted ~~..
