the audit Report of the Tax Colleotor'e Office oY Kerr County Por period, July 1, 1922 to
September 30, 1930, and the Tax Colleotor'e account in general Audit Report oY Kerr County
Por period, October 1, 1930 to June 30, 1933, both oY whioh audits were made by Geo, ~,
Kleyboecker oY San Antonio, Tezas, under contracts with the Court,
And it appearing to the Court that IJfr, Moore in said reports ie not allowed the 5s
commission as provided by House gill No, 40, but, that the State Comptroller has allowed
Mr. ;Moore such 5!5 commission on the state's portion oY the delinquent tssas collected, and
it further appearing to the Court that ldr, Moore has been charged with the C, '~t. Nawaon
receipt in said reports,
therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Edens, seconded by Commissioner F, A, Karger
and unanimously adopted, said J. T, Evfoore be and is hereby allowed the 5~ commission as pro-
vided by House 3111 No, 40 and ie also allowed credit Por the C, W, Rsweon receipt and said
J, T, Moore in open Court agreed to make Yull settlement with the Court and with the various
school districts according to the following statement, the contents oP which are hereby
accepted by him and the Court as correct, and the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized
and directed to Sesue and deliver unto Mr. Moore warrants against thq Road and Bridge.FUnd,
Kerr County Road Bond Sinking Fund, Jury Fund and Courthouse ~ Jail Sin]cing Fund for the
respective amounts overpaid Bald Panda, upon payment by Mr. Moore of the balances owing by
him to the General Fund, the Road District No. 1 Sinking Fund and the Road District No. 2
Sinking Fund,
And the County Clerk ie Yurther authorized and dixeoted to issue and deliver unto
Geo. E. Kleyboecker a warrant against the General Fund Por $50,00 Yor an advance on hie Yee
under the 2~ year audit contract, and said County Clerk Se Further authorized and di rooted
to issue and deliver unto said Geo, E. Kleyboecker s warrant against the General Fund Por
the sum oY X221,22 covering the balance due him under said 2~- yeas audit, vkim Mr, Moore
