This 11th day of February, 1935, it ie ordered end deoreed by the Court that the
salaries of John-S. 45kine ea County Judge and azoiiioio County School Superintendent
of Kerr County be and are hereby fazed at the following amounts for the ye are, 1935 and
1936, to-wit:
Aa County Judge the sum of $1030.00 per annum, and
de ezoffio io County Snhool 9upe rintendent, the sum of $900.00 per annum.
It is further ordered by the Court Lhat said aggregate salary of $1930.00 per annum
be paid unto Judge Atkins by the County Clerk in monthly ins tallmente payable on or alter
the first day oY each calendar month, ae follows:
$85.53 per month out of the Road & Bridge fund to cover acid Co. Judge's salary, and
$75.00 per month out oY the General Fund to cover ea id School Superintendent's salary,
by issuing proper warrants on the County Treuenrer oY %err County, Tezae.
