Th19..13th day of Febroary, 1935, it is ordered and deareed by the Court that the
Sheriff's Salary for the years 1935 and 1936, be and is hereby fixed at the enm of X2,030.00
per ennam, as follows:
$1190.00 per annum ea Sheriff of Kexm County,
X540.00 per annum ae Jail Guard of Kerr Coanty, and
$300.00 per annum for deputy hire.
Said salary to be paid by the County Clerk to Shsrdfi A~. F. Poore out of the General Fund in
twelve monthly inatallmente oY j~169.17 eaoh, eaoh year, by proper warrants drawn on the Count
Treasurer on or after the fir at day of eaoh month.
Said Sheriff shall be further allowed the enm of 45~ per day for boarding eaoh prisoner
Sn the County Jail plus 15~ per day for safe keeping eaoh prisoner.

Th1a 12th day of February, 1935, it is ordered by the Court that the oommiesion
of the County Treasurer for the years 1935 and 1936 shall be and is hereby fized at the
rate of 2yo on all reoeipta and disbursements, not to exceed however, the sum of $133.33
for nny~:month or the aggregate of x'1600.00 for either of said years. And it appearing to
the Court that E. Gold, County Treasurer has already drawn the sum of $524.53 the full
29b on ell receipts and disbursements during the month of January, 1935, ae authorized
under order of the Court heretofore passed. It is therefore ordered and deoreed by the
Court that said E. Gold shall apply said x524.b3 ae a credit on hie oommiaeion due him
for the months of January, February, Larch and April of 1935 and he shell not be entitled
to retain aqv more oommlaeion until said y~524.53 has been used up at rate of $133.33 per
