paid by him to Kerr County under Auditor Geo, E, Kleyboeoker's audit report for term, Oot,
1, 1930 to June 30, 1933, and it now appearing to the Court according to Auditor G, A, 91kes '
report and evidence presented to the Court by Mr,Williameon in person, that Mr, Williamson
had not o•erdrawn hie oommieaions to the amount of $108,33 on Deo, 31st, 1932 when he vaoated
his office, sad that he is entitled to the refund ae pr+~yefl tor, lees however, the sum of
$15,00 paid Dy the County to Mr. SSkes for oheoking and auditing Mr, Williameon's aommiesion
acoount bank to 1921.
Therefore, upon motion, duly made, eeoonded and unanimously adopted by the Commissioners,
said claim of A, B, Williamson be and is hereby allowed for the sum of X93,33 and the County
Clerk shall issue and deliver unto said Williamson a warrant on the County Treasurer against
the General Fund for $93,33 Sn full snd final settlement of said elms,
