1, 1930 to Tune 30, 1933, and St now appearing to the Court acaording to Auditor G, A, Sikeq
report snd evidence presented to the Court by Mr,Williameon in person, that Mr, W1111amgoa
Lad sot overdrawn hie commissions to the amount of $108,33 on Dea, 31st, 1932 when he vaaatsd
his off ice, and bhat he is entitled to the refund as prayed for, leas however, the sum of
X15,00 paid by the County to Mr. Sikes for checking and auditing Mr, Williameon'a oommiaelon
account bank to 1921.
Therefore, upon motion, duly made, seconded and unaaimouely adopted by the Commissioners,
Bald olslm of A. B, W1111amson be and le hereby allowed for the sum of $93,33 and the County
Clerk shall ieaue and deliver unto said Williamson a Warrsat on the County Treasurer against
the General Fund for ;93.33 in cull and final settlement of said .olaiat.

This 9th day of September, 1935, 1t appearing to the Court that Commiealoner Farr is
prevented from attending Court by high water and that provision should be made for the payme
of h1s Baguet road bills, therefore, Judge Atkins is hereby authorized to approve such bills
for payment aB BOOn as Mr. Farr oan present them, and the County Clerk shall thereupon
issue and deliver proper warrants on the County Treasurer in payment thereof.
