sinking fund sufficient to pay the principal at maturity; end

It Further appearing that said Common School Dietriot No. 2 hee been heretofore
properly established; and

30 egnare miles and that no other district hee been reduced in area below 9 square miles by
reason oY the creation oP this Dist riot; and
It Further appearing that said Dietriot does not embrace any territory that
wee taken Prom any other aohool dietrint (either common or independent) that had an out
Sesue of bonds at the data oP eaoh inclusion in this Dietriot;
N01I, THEREFORE, I, John S. Atkins, in my capacity as County Judge oP Kerr
County, Taxes, do hereby order that an eleotion be held on the 9th day oP November, 183b, at
Ingram School Building, in said Ingram Common aohool Diatrlot No.L of this County LO deter-
mine whether a majority oP the legally qualified resident property taxpaying voters oP said
Dietriot, who own taxable property in said Dietriot and who have duly rendered the same Yor
taxation, desire the Seeuanos oP bonds on the Faith and credit oY said Common School Dietriot
in the emonnt oY X8,500.00, the bonds to be oY the denomination oP X250,00 eaoh, numbered
ooneeoutively from 1 Lo 34, inclusive, payable in aerial annual inetallmente ae Yollowe:
X250.00 one year Prom the date oP the bonds and ~L50.OQ eaoh year thereaYter up to and Snolnd-
ing the year 1961; and $500.00 eaoh year thereafter during the years 1962 to 196b, both inalu-
eive, and bearing interest at the rate of not azoeeding Yive (5~} per oentum per annum, Yor
the purpose oP constructing and equipping a publio Prae aohool building oP other than wood
material, in Bald Dietriot, end to determine whether the Commiaeloners Court oP this Connty
shall be authorized to levy, assess and collect annually while said bonds, or any oP them, are

in said Dietriot and who have duly rendered the same Yor taxation, shall ba entitled to vot•
at said eleotion, and all voters desiring to support the proposition to Sesue bonds shall
