On this, the lESh day of November, 1935, Dame on to De considered the returns of an
eleotlon held on the 9th day of November, 1935, in Common School Diat riot Ro, 2 of this
County upon th• queetion of issuing $8,500.00 of enhoolhouse bonds for said District, naval
30 years, an d Dearing iatereof at the rate of not eaoeeding f1-e (8˘) per peat per annms,
for the purpose of aonatrueting sa4 equipping a public free school building of other than
wood material, in said Diet riot, sad levying a tax on all taxable property of said District
suftioient to pay the current interest on said bonds and provide a ainkiag fund auttioient
to pay the principal at maturity, and it appearing that said election was in all re speote
legally held and that said returns wa xe duly sad legally made and that there were oast at
said election 59 valid and legal votes, 04 which number there were oast "For the Isauanoe
of the Non ds and the Levying o! the tax in payment thereof" 57 votes; sad "Against the
Iaeuanoe of the Bonds and the Levying of the Taz in Payment Thereof", 2 votes,
And it appearing to the Court Prom said returns that a ma Jorlty of the qualified
resident property taxpaying voters of said District, xho owned taxable property in said
Diatriot and who had duly rendered the same for tasatioa, voting at sold eleotlon, voted
in favor of issuing said bonds, the Court does here'hy declare the proposition for the
Sasuanoe of said bonds to have been adopted, and that this Court ie ~~thoriaed to Saeue
