3 0~ ORDER DECLARING RESCLT OF ELECTION.
On this, the 12th day of November, 19:.15, Dame on to Da considered the returns of an
election held en the 9th day of November, 1935, in Common School Distclot No, 2 of this
County upon the question of issuing $8,500.00 of sahoolhouae bonds !or said Dietriot, roan=
30 years, and Dearing interest at the rate of sot exceeding f be (6~j per peat per annnse,
for the purpose of oonetruoting and equipping a pub lio tree school building of other thsa
wood material, in said Dietriot, and levying a tea on all tazab l8 property of said Dietriot
sutfioient to pay the current inrterest on said bonds and provide a sinking fund suftioient
to pay the prinolpal at maturity, and it appearing that said elsotfon was in all re epeote
legally held and thst said returns were duly and legally made and that there were oast ab
said aleanon 59 valid and legal votes, of whi oh number there were oast "For the Iasuanoe
of the Bonds and the Levying of the taz in payme~ th aroot" 57 votes; and "dgainat the
Ieeuanoe of the Bonds and the Levying of the Taz is Payment Thereof", 2 votes.
And it appearing to the Court from said returae that a maJority oP the qualified
resident property taxpaying vo tare of said Dietriot, who ow nsd taxable property in Bald
Dietriot and who had duly rendered the same for taxation, votlrVv at said election, voted
is favor of ie suing Bald bonds, the Court dose hereby declare the pm po sition for the
iseuanae of said bonds to have been adopted, and that th ie Court is authorl Zed to Sseus
said bo ads and to levy and have assessed and Dolls oted said tax,
